Affiliate disclosure

Some links on Chess Openings Lab may earn us a commission if you sign up or buy. It never changes what we recommend or what we say about it.

Which links

Links on the chess sets and opening books guides, and course suggestions on opening pages, may become affiliate links once each program approves the site.

Right now: none of our links are tracked yet, so no link on the site earns anything. This page will list each program as it goes live.

How we decide what to recommend

Opening recommendations come from engine checks and lichess results, never from commissions. We don't claim to have tested products we haven't used and we don't publish star ratings.

Ads

Display ads may appear on reading pages in future, below the board, never inside the trainer or the board itself.
